DRI Factory
The direct reduction plant of the Neyriz Ghadir Steel Complex, with an annual production capacity of over 800,000 tons of sponge iron and MD93, produces some of the highest quality sponge iron in Iran. The sponge iron from Ghadir Neyriz Steel Complex is one of the best-selling products on the country, with weekly demand significantly exceeding the volume of supply. In the future, the production capacity of this plant is expected to reach 1.2 million tons per year.

The Neyriz Ghadir Steel Complex primarily focuses on steel production. Its steelmaking plant has been in operation since 2024. With the production of one million tons of steel at this facility, Iran will become the tenth-largest steel producer in the world, significantly enhancing its global position in steel production. The primary licensor of the steelmaking equipment for this complex was Danieli, an Italian company.

Pelletizing plant
The construction of a pelletizing plant with a capacity of 2,500,000 tons is one of the development projects of the Neyriz Ghadir Steel Complex. This project is currently under construction and will soon be operational.

The Neyriz Ghadir Steel Complex's commitment to offering its products on the commodity exchange, its approach to water management to prevent agricultural damage in the region, the sharing of cultural and community infrastructure with the host community, direct financial aid to address social issues in the host community, and other initiatives all reflect the reality that the managers and staff of the Neyriz Ghadir Steel Complex view "defensive economics" not just as a strategic approach but as a cultural infrastructure.
Ghadir Neyriz Steel Company was one of the 7 steel projects approved by the government delegation in 2007 with the aim of decentralizing steel production. The construction of a DRI plant with a capacity of 800 thousand tons and a steelworks with a capacity of one million tons began in 2007.
In 2014, an agreement was signed between the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO) and Ghadir International Industries & Mines Development Company (Public Joint Stock) for investment and partnership in the construction, completion, and commissioning of the incomplete Neyriz Ghadir Steel Complex project. The agreement allocated 65% of the investment to the second party (Ghadir) and 35% to the first party (IMIDRO).
Ghadir Neyriz Steel Company is registered in the form of a joint stock company with the registration number 1300 and national ID 14004505206 in the Neyriz notary office.
