Completion of steel chain
The Neyriz Ghadir Steel Complex started in 2007 with full government investment (IMIDRO (The Iranian Mines & Mining Industries Development & Renovation Organization), and the National Iranian Steel Company) after initial studies. It was located 50 KM after Neyriz city on the Neyriz - Sirjan road. In 2014, with the participation of Ghadir Investment Company in the project, the construction of the DRI unit was carried out at a higher speed. Neyriz Ghadir Steel Complex was finally commissioned in 2018 with an investment of more than 3,450 billion riyals.
With the launch of the DRI unit of the project, 800 thousand tons were added to Iran's sponge iron production annually. The steelmaking unit of the complex will also add about one million tons to Iran's steel production by investing more than 11 thousand billion riyals soon.

Direct Reduced Iron (DRI)
The Direct Reduction Plant of Neyriz Ghadir Steel Complex, with an annual production capacity of over 800,000 tons of sponge iron and utilizing MD93 technology, produces some of the highest quality sponge iron in Iran. In the future, the plant's production capacity will increase to over 1.2 million tons per year.
Steelworks
Steelmaking forms the heart of the Ghadir Neyriz Steel Complex. This plant, with an annual production capacity of one million tons of steel billets, is a major producer of steel billets in Iran.
With the production of one million tons of steel billets in this complex, Iran's position in the production of steel in the world will change, making Iran the tenth largest steelmaker in the world.
Iron Ore Pelletizing Plants
The construction of Iron Ore Pelletizing Plants with a capacity of 2,500 thousand tons is one of the development plans of the Neyriz Ghadir steel complex.
Oxygen Production Plant
The oxygen production unit of the Neyriz Ghadir steel complex with a production capacity of 7500 cubic meters allows the complex to sell surplus products in addition to domestic consumption.
The input of this system is natural air, and the output is oxygen/ argon/ nitrogen.
The company that built the project was Fortune (China), and its products will be available in two formats, liquid and gas, with a purity of 99.99%.
Industrial wastewater treatment plant
The implementation of the project of the industrial wastewater treatment plant of Ghadir Neyriz Steel Complex started in September 2020. The outlet capacity of the unit is 98 cubic meters per hour so that it can handle the wastewater treatment of all three units of DRI, steelmaking, and Iron Ore Pelletizing Plants.
Iron Ore Mines
Ghdir Neyriz Steel Complex has acquired iron ore mines in the region and entered into partnerships to vertically integrate its steel operations.
Ghadir Neyriz Steel Company was one of the 7 steel projects approved by the government delegation in 2007 with the aim of decentralizing steel production. The construction of a DRI plant with a capacity of 800 thousand tons and a steelworks with a capacity of one million tons began in 2007.
In 2014, an agreement was signed between the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO) and Ghadir International Industries & Mines Development Company (Public Joint Stock) for investment and partnership in the construction, completion, and commissioning of the incomplete Neyriz Ghadir Steel Complex project. The agreement allocated 65% of the investment to the second party (Ghadir) and 35% to the first party (IMIDRO).
Ghadir Neyriz Steel Company is registered in the form of a joint stock company with the registration number 1300 and national ID 14004505206 in the Neyriz notary office.
